iPodder 2.0 Tutorial/FA-Q

I've begun work on a tutorial for using iPodder 2.0, a great program that may be confusing to some people. It's also a great way for me to learn how to use all the features of the application.

What I've completed so far is the basics of iPodder:
-Downloading and installing the program
-finding an RSS feed and adding it to iPodder
-downloading shows
